Pondicherryo officially known as Puducherry is one of the seven Union Territories of India. Affectionately called Pondy, this is a beautiful seaside town where you can find a perfect blend of Indian and French traditions. Currently, this is the most populous city of Indian Union territory Puducherry with a population of 657209 and an area of 492 sq Km. The city is bordered by the Indian state Tamil Nadu and for that reason, you can mostly experience the Tamil culture here. Day-3 On day-3 morning 1st go to Paradise Beach Situated in Chunnambar, close to Pondicherry town, Paradise Beach is a beautiful golden sand beachfront. Anytime, you can enjoy cold sea breeze here. A 20-30 minutes ferry ride across the backwaters is required to reach here. After that visit Arikamedu Arikamedu is an ancient Roman trade center and is a hidden gem for the tourists. The name means 'eroding mount' in Tamil.
